1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "usg4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated under international license and accessible at https://usg4d.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the usg4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a User on the usg4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided through the usg4d platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery games (including togel), and ancillary services.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered by usg4d.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive awarded to a User by usg4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by international gambling regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and usg4d. By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or otherwise using any Services, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use the usg4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is restricted to adults only. We strictly enforce age verification through KYC identity checks.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account registration and when placing Bets. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal under applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

3.2 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination of all Accounts.
• Keep your Account credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• Notify usg4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.
• Complete KYC identity verification by uploading a clear photo of your Indonesian identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using the usg4d platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees of usg4d, our affiliates, suppliers, or business partners.
• Individuals with a history of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breaches of Terms on any gambling platform.
• Persons who have previously had an Account closed or suspended by usg4d for violation of these Terms.
• Individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

usg4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within seconds, 24/7. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are also credited instantly. You agree that:

• All funds deposited must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Deposited funds are intended solely for betting purposes and may not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• usg4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents or source-of-funds evidence before processing large deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, unless you request an alternative verified payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
• Off-peak withdrawals (22:00–08:00 WIB) may take 1–3 hours.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. Unverified Accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000) may be subject to additional manual review and processed within 24–48 hours.

You agree that:

• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• usg4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Placing Bets

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All Bets placed through the usg4d platform are subject to acceptance by usg4d. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or collusion.
• Obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or after the outcome is known.
• Bets exceeding maximum stake limits for a given market.

Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed in your Bet History, it cannot be cancelled or amended by you. If a Bet is voided by usg4d due to an error or rule violation, your stake will be refunded to your Account balance.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, official lottery draw results for togel markets). Settlement typically occurs within minutes of an event's conclusion, but may take longer for disputes or postponed events.

In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, usg4d's decision is final. You may contact our support team to request a review, but we are not obligated to reverse a settlement once finalized.

5.3 Voided and Postponed Events

• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all Bets remain valid.
• If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all Bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, Bets are voided unless the specific market has already been determined (e.g., "First Goal Scorer" settled before abandonment).

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

usg4d offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Some Bonuses are valid only on specific games or bet types (e.g., sports betting only, slots only). Bets on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire after a specified period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) if wagering requirements are not met. Expired Bonus funds are forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering Bonus funds, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 50.000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

usg4d reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Colluding with other Users to exploit Bonus offers.
• Placing opposite Bets (e.g., betting on both sides of a market) to guarantee wagering requirement completion with minimal risk.
• Using automated betting software or bots to manipulate wagering.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, and all winnings forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

usg4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a period of your choosing (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, permanent).
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by usg4d

usg4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You have opened multiple Accounts or are assisting others in violating these Terms.
• Your Account is being used for money laundering or other criminal activity.

In the event of Account suspension or termination for cause, usg4d may withhold or forfeit any remaining Account balance, including deposits and winnings. We will, however, return deposited funds (minus any amounts related to fraudulent activity) if legally required.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure:

• Any remaining Account balance (excluding active Bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.
• Pending Bets will be settled according to their final outcomes before the balance is released.
• Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened unless you contact support and pass additional verification checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the usg4d platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of usg4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software or mobile applications.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform using automated tools or bots.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, usg4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Third-party actions, including payment processing delays by Indonesian banks or e-wallet providers.
• Changes in Indonesian law or regulatory actions that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• Losses incurred from gambling activity, including Bets placed and funds lost.

usg4d provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your maximum recoverable amount from usg4d, for any claim arising under these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which usg4d is licensed and operates (international offshore jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against usg4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Indonesian law may apply to certain aspects of your use of the platform, particularly regarding consumer protection and data privacy. However, Indonesian courts do not have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms.
